We are very excited to announce that Vamoosh Pet Hair Dissolver has been shortlisted as a finalist at the upcoming The Grocer New Product Awards!
As a small, start-up company we are very proud of our nomination - not least because we are up against multinationals Unilever and The Sofidel Group.
Dave Toms, co-inventor of Vamoosh Pet Hair Dissolver said “We are incredibly proud of being shortlisted for this award and whilst we are a ‘David’ taking on the ‘Goliaths’ of the household products industry, we feel that that our nomination reflects the strength, quality and innovation of our product and have every belief that we can disrupt the marketplace and go on to win the award.”
The Grocer New Product awards are a celebration of outstanding FMCG innovation and the winner of the Household Products category will be announced on 5th October 2018 after a meticulous judging process which has already involved rigorous consumer testing and will now be followed by intense scrutiny by an expert judging panel.
Vamoosh Pet Hair Dissolver is up against two laundry products from Unilever: Comfort Perfume Deluxe Heavenly Nectar and Persil Powergems and two tissue products from The Sofidel Group (Intertissue): Regina Blitz and Regina Wish.
Dave Toms concludes “Rather than being the underdog, we like to think of ourselves as confident competitors, and by learning from the classic story of David vs. Goliath, we believe we have every chance of winning The Grocer New Product award in October.”
